Rob Sengebush is a principal scientist in INTERA's Albuquerque office and has 20 years of experience providing geoscience and environmental consulting services to commercial clients and the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, General Services Administration, the US Forest Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Indian Tribes/Pueblos of New Mexico and Arizona. He has in-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Mr. Sengebush has conducted remedial investigations, groundwater monitoring program design, aquifer testing and analysis, water supply well design, drilling and construction, groundwater modeling, and site assessments. He has conducted unexploded ordnance (UXO) investigations on Indian land in New Mexico and Arizona and has written documents to support DoD funding for restoration of UXO-impacted areas on Tribal land.  He has conducted NEPA environmental assessments on Indian land and Bureau of Land Management land and provided technical support and program oversight for the DOE and Department of the Navy.  Mr. Sengebush has four years of experience in oil and gas exploration and development, and five years of experience in exploration and mining in the western U.S. for resources that include uranium, precious metals, base metals, and oil shale.
