INTERA is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Amandeep (Aman) Singh, PE, to our Water Resources & Supply team as a Senior Water Resources Engineer. Dr. Singh brings more than 20 years of multifaceted experience across environmental consulting, academia, and applied research.
Prior to joining INTERA, Dr. Singh served as a Senior Hydrogeologist at GSI Environmental, where he directed diverse water resources initiatives throughout California and established strong collaborative relationships with regional stakeholders and clients.
Dr. Singh holds a PhD from Cornell University and has extensive technical expertise in groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling. His specialized work focuses on integrating physics-based numerical models with data-driven methodologies, including machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced optimization techniques to enhance decision-support frameworks. Additionally, he brings deep domain knowledge in PFAS fate and transport analysis, environmental remediation, and parameter estimation using PEST++IES.
In his new role at INTERA, Dr. Singh will lead advanced modeling and resource planning projects across the western region, further strengthening INTERA’s capabilities in quantitative hydrogeology and water management and decision-support.
