INTERA has been selected for an indefinite delivery contract with the Environmental Affairs Division of the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) to provide a wide variety of environmental investigation and remediation services at TXDOT facilities and right-of-ways across Texas. Anticipated work includes conducting hazardous materials site investigations, risk-based assessment modeling and evaluations, corrective actions for leaking petroleum storage tank (LPST) and non-LPST sites resulting in remediation and regulatory closure, preventive action plans and remediation system design and installation oversight, and other engineering support. Work under the contract, valued at $2,000,000 with a 2-year performance period, is expected to begin in the fall of 2007.
