INTERA’s Dr. Raghu Suribhatla, PE, Manager of California Technical Services, Nathan Hatch, Hydrologist, Dr. Abhishek Singh, PE, President, Water Resources and Supply, and Dr. Neil Deeds, PE, Vice President and Principal Water Resources Engineer, will be presenting at the 11th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge held by Groundwater Resources Association on April 11 – 15, 2022 at the Long Beach Hilton Hotel. Dr. Suribhatla will give a technical presentation entitled, “Extraction of Brackish Water and Optimization of Injection at Seawater Intrusion Barriers and Inland Wells” on Day 3 (April 13) during the Managed Aquifer Recharge Engineering and Design I session. Mr. Hatch’s presentation will occur on Day 3 during the Managed Aquifer Recharge and Integrated Water Management I session and is entitled, “Managed Aquifer Recharge in the Los Angeles Coastal Plain”. On Day 4 (April 14) during the Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) II session, Dr. Deeds will give a presentation entitled, “Aquifer Storage and Recovery in the Brackish Edwards Aquifer, Central Texas”. Dr. Singh’s presentation is entitled, “Groundwater Modeling to Support Permitting of Recycled Water Recharge Projects in California” and will occur on Day 4 during the Managed Aquifer Recharge Modeling II session.
