Intercontinental Potash Corp (ICP) has selected INTERA to assist in the environmental permitting work required to open and operate the Ochoa Sulfate of Potash mining project located in Lea County, New Mexico. INTERA Senior Hydrogeologist, Peter Castiglia, will lead the permitting effort. Mr. Castiglia has managed publicly contested drinking water projects, aquifer tests and analyses, coordinated environmental permits, and directed a variety of regulatory permitting and planning studies throughout New Mexico and the United States.
