We are excited to announce that INTERA’s Reid Polmanteer, PG, Senior Hydrogeologist in our Boulder, CO office, was elected to the Colorado Groundwater Association’s (CGWA) Board of Directors as the Secretary. From its inception in 1981, CGWA has been a positive and proactive organization in the advancement of the understanding of groundwater hydrology among its membership and the residents of Colorado. Because of the voluntary efforts of its members, the Association has played an active role in shaping the use and protection of groundwater in Colorado.
Reid graduated with an MSc in Hydrogeology from the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, Scotland) in 2013 and has over 14 years of experience as a geologist across the US and abroad. He has worked on rural water supply projects in Malawi, Africa and is a FGASA certified safari guide.
