Arne Färber’s geoscientific environmental studies and remediation expertise focuses on fate and transport of contaminants in the subsurface. He brings experience in conducting in-situ hydraulic investigations in heterogeneous underground environments, as well as designing and implementing various types of treatment systems for the remediation of hazardous contaminants in groundwater, soil vapor, and soils. Arne’s experience also includes hydraulic site characterization and quantitative evaluation of the effects of various physical processes on the flow of fluids and transport of solutes. As a former Lecturer and Senior Scientist at University of Stuttgart, he instructed courses on applied hydrogeology (field applications) and contaminant remediation. Arne has authored and co-authored dozens of peer-reviewed papers, technical reports, and scientific communications on contaminant hydrogeology and remediation technologies.
