Jeff Palmer’s professional experience has focused on all aspects of well testing and site characterization field operations. He brings specialized expertise in the design of down-hole equipment and pressure-control panels, equipment fabrication, and preparation of engineering and hydrogeologic drawings and specifications. He has utilized his site characterization and well testing skills to support a wide range of clients including federal, state, and local government agencies, and private and commercial entities. His skills have been utilized for project support on various types of projects including radioactive waste isolation facilities, solvent and petroleum contamination characterization and remediation, and mine permitting sites. He is experienced in designing, performing, and documenting field site characterization activities under stringent QA requirements and in producing AutoCAD drawings for design and construction documentation purposes. He is also experienced in writing safe operating procedures and compiling pressure safety data packages as part of environmental, health, and safety requirements and documenting work processes in compliance with quality assurance procedures.
