Rhett Moore brings specialized capabilities in the areas of aquifer testing and characterization, groundwater flow modeling, groundwater/surface water interaction, and water quality sampling. He has applied this expertise on projects involving the development and management of water resources and environmental assessment and protection. Working with commercial industry, state water and environmental agencies, and municipalities, Mr. Moore is an expert in designing, installing, and testing water supply well fields; conducting evaluations of induced infiltration, storage capacity, and potential yield from alluvial materials; and developing and applying groundwater flow models to design well systems, predict the impacts of water withdrawals on surrounding water resources and users, determine the effects of induced infiltration on water quality, and evaluate groundwater/surface water interaction. Prior to starting his consulting career, Mr. Moore spent seven years as a hydrologist and groundwater specialist with the U.S. Geological Survey.
