As Director of Financial Integration, Kris Spencer oversees the daily operations within the accounting department associated with project setup and control to ensure financial accuracy and completeness, providing valuable management tools and support to INTERA’s project managers.  Kris prepares annual billings, tracks cash receipts, and manages collections for INTERA’s US operations.  She oversees and maintains accounts payables ensuring timely payments for vendors and employee expense vouchers.  Her role also includes treasury responsibilities, where she works closely with INTERA’s Controller to implement best practices and processes to safeguard the accuracy of INTERA’s financial records.
