Co-Authored Paper by Mart Oostrom and Trevor Budge Receives Recognition at WM2023 Conference

Pat Lee of Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS), our esteemed client, and INTERA’s Drs. Trevor Budge and Mart Oostrom, were selected for the ASME Best Oral Paper/Presentation Award at the WM2023 Conference for their co-authored paper on waste management research. Additionally, the paper entitled "Developing a Single-Shell Tank Performance Assessment Model for Hanford Tank Farms" was given a "Superior" rating, standing out among 500+ submissions. This is the second time Dr. Trevor Budge has been recognized at the Waste Management Conference. In 2021, Dr. Budge received the ASME Best Paper Award for his outstanding paper entitled “Hanford Site Composite Analysis: Aggregation of Continuing Source Term Simulation Results for Fate and Transport Predictions.” This prestigious award was presented at the 2022 Waste Management Conference Honors and Awards Luncheon.
