Shaden Musleh’s professional experience encompasses water resources engineering, planning, and management. He has developed cooperative solutions to water resources problems in multi-party settings and has led numerous large-scale projects that involved providing management solutions to complex water resources problems. Shaden has served as a principal expert on numerous water rights court cases where his responsibilities have included conducting analyses, negotiating settlements, and drafting decree terms and conditions. His water rights expertise covers all aspects of water rights applications including substitute water supply plans, direct flow, storage and groundwater rights, recharge projects, plans for augmentation, exchange, and change of water rights. Shaden brings additional expertise and experience in areas such as water allocation, water supply and demand, water conservation, groundwater availability, groundwater modeling, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, conjunctive management of surface water and groundwater, field operations, and contaminant transport in water.
