As Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer Louviere serves as an invaluable business partner and advocate for INTERA’s leadership and employees. She supports the design, development, and implementation of operational plans to support all regions and levels of the company. Jennifer implements policies and procedures in the areas of human resources administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits, culture development, coaching (performance and talent development), equal opportunity and affirmation action, recruiting, and immigration.  She provides advice on human resources issues, identifies best practices, and regularly assesses current programs to make certain that INTERA remains an employer of choice. Most importantly, Jennifer works with all levels of management to ensure that INTERA fosters and maintains a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven culture.
